SQ7101, SQ7103

Brief

SQ7101/SQ7103 is Secure ASIC, supporting wide operating range from 2.0 to 5.5V. The device is embedded high quality TRNG (True Random Number Generator), hardware symmetric crypto algorithms: AES-128/AES-256, and SHA-256. Support longer secrete key length: AES128/256. Using anti-tamper technology to raise up system’s security level. SQ7101 support I2C interface (max. 400Ksps); SQ7103 support SPI interface (max. 5MHz). It offers SOP8 and 8LEAD DFN(3x3) package option.
