MQ (LCD)

MQ series (LCD type) is a microcontroller with a built-in Flash memory and a 10-bit ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) as well as LCD control function. The ADC is a fit for voltage detection, temperature detection, or other sensor applications. Depending on the product, the microcontroller can support 4x12, 8x12, 8x28, and 4x32 LCD display drivers. It has wake-up, interrupt, timer, counter, Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM), UART, SIO, and I2C peripheral functions. With high-precision internal high-frequency oscillator frequency and low-voltage detection, the product has an operating temperature range extending from -40°C to 85°C and is an excellent fit for applications in instruments, home appliances, and products with LCD panels.
