Advanced Cryptography Engine
Expands on SQ710x's baseline crypto (AES-128/256, SHA-256) by adding hardware asymmetric ECC P-256(ECDSA/ECDH), and TLS 1.2/1.3 KDF/HKDF network acceleration for secure cloud onboarding and Matter device authentication.
Factory Provisioning Service
Securely pre-injects unique device credentials and X.509 cryptographic keys into the isolated secure enclave during the factory production stage (Provisioning Stage). This enables instant cloud and gateway authentication upon boot, achieving zero-touch security lifecycle management.
Standard Anti-Tamper & Bus Defense
