SQ7515

Brief

SQ7515 is a Low Power MCU with Security Processor, supporting operating voltage range from 2.0 to 3.6V. The Security Processor supports high quality TRNG (True Random Number Generator), hardware AES-128/AES-256, SHA-256 and sixteen AES-128 secret keys or eight AES-256 secret keys. The secure Key Slots, UserZone and SmallZone Secure Storage could ensure the safety of keys and sensitive data. The Security Processor is isolated and can be accessed through specific interface. It can operate independently without occupying host resources. With ease of use Security API, the system can enable Secure Boot, Secure OTA and IP protection security features fast and easily.
