Brief

SQ7131,SQ7133,SQ7135 is Secure ASIC, supporting symmetric/asymmetric authentication, attestation, and TLS1.2 and 1.3 secure connection. The device is embedded high quality TRNG (True Random Number Generator), hardware asymmetric/ symmetric crypto algorithms: ECC384/ECC-256, AES-128/AES-256, and SHA-256. Using the active tamper detection & side channel attack countermeasures technology to raise up system’s security level. The device supports a wide operating range from 2.0 to 5.5V. It is easy to integrate to original design with standard I2C(SQ7131)/SPI(SQ7133) and SWI(SQ7135) interface. This Secure ASIC is suitable for IoT device authentication & attestation, end-to-end encryption, secure boot, secure OTA,secure communication applications, …etc.
