iMQ Technology offers SQ series and MQ series product lines. SQ series products are based on SQ8E, a 16-bit MCU core; the instruction sets is compatible with TLCS-870/C1. SQ Secure series IC offers TRNG (True Random Number Generator), hardware cryptography AES-128/256, SHA-256, ECC-256/384, ECDSA, ECDH, and Anti-Tamper functions. The anti-tamper technology can provide decisive countermeasure to invasive attacks. Using the cryptographic functions, data encryption, authentication and attestation, Secure series IC is applicable for protecting the high-value assets inside embedded systems. SQ low power series products embedded up to 64KB flash and 4KB SRAM. The power consumption is 1 uA in deep sleep mode. These products offer 12-bit ADC, high accuracy internal oscillator, LVD, and rich peripherals: multiple timers, UART, Low Energy UART, I2C, and SPI. MQ series products are based on 8-bit core 870C1 empowered by Toshiba. The devices supports wide operating voltage (2.0~5.5V), 10bit ADC, and LCD feature (part of products support) are applicable for home appliances, consumers, and LCD display, etc.
